Katrina Li, OD

I look forward to providing personalized eye care and making life-long connections with my patients.

Dr. Katrina Li is a friendly and attentive doctor who believes in improving her patients’ quality of life by helping them achieve clear and comfortable vision. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she left for Montreal to attend McGill University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology with a minor in East Asian Cultural Studies. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago where she graduated with the Dean’s scholarship for academic excellence. Dr. Li is trilingual and can conduct eye exams in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Dr. Li has had rich externship experiences at the Illinois Eye Institute, Cascade Vision Center, and Philadelphia Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, where she treated a myriad of anterior and posterior segment diseases, co-managed pre- and post-cataract operations, and fitted soft and hard contact lenses. Passionate about providing eye care to underserved populations, she frequently participated in local service projects to give vision screenings for low-income children in the greater Chicago area. She also had the opportunity to serve in an international humanitarian mission in Cusco, Peru.

Outside of clinic, Dr. Li spends much of her free time enjoying the great outdoors and visiting national parks. She also loves to create art, play piano, and read a good novel.
