Dr. Michelle Yamaguchi is a native of the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from UC Davis and completed her Doctorate of Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences.
Before joining Vantage, Dr. Yamaguchi worked as a managing doctor at a corporate optometry office. During her externships, she worked at Veterans Affairs hospitals, an Air Force clinic, and private practices, serving veterans, pediatrics, and underserved individuals.
She is experienced in primary care optometry and performs fittings for soft, rigid gas-permeable, and multifocal contact lenses.
Dr. Yamaguchi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and trying new hobbies.
